JUST Connect

JUST Connect is the web-based collaborative software system we use to make it  video-conferencing easier. JUST Connect allows community and government agencies, as well as approved external stakeholders, to book video and telephone calls, including meetings, professional interviews, and court appearances. JUST Connect also provides notifications and reminders about upcoming appointments.  Currently Courts, Corrective Services NSW and Youth Justice staff use JUST Connect to manage and coordinate court appearances.

How to apply for access to JUST Connect (Family and Friends)

JUST Connect gives families and friends the ability to make your own bookings online and also receive reminders and updates about your upcoming Video visits. Please note - You will only be allowed to make a booking with inmates you are approved to see. Once your application is processed, simply log in to JUST Connect , select the inmate you are approved to visit, select the time, and press save. Once approved, we will send you an email and SMS reminders. You can also make a booking in the normal way by contacting the Correctional Centre direct. JUST Connect will send  reminders about your upcoming visits planned so that you don’t forget. The reminders will also tell you if the visit is cancelled.

JUST Connect  is currently implementing Family & Friends Self Service bookings in a staged process as it trains staff in the new technology. More information will be available as the service is rolled out over the coming months.
