Service 1: Transitional Support Accommodation

   
 Locations Various - Metropolitan Sydney and regional areas in NSW
Target Group Higher risk offenders under the supervision of Community Corrections
Referral Entry Point Community Corrections
Point Providers Glebe House, Glebe
Guthrie House, Enmore
Rainbow Lodge, Glebe
Samaritans Foundation, Wyong
Adele House, Coffs Harbour
Samaritans Foundation, Newcastle
Namatjira House, Alstonville

Up to 12 weeks supported accommodation will be provided, as well as support following exit from the service. All referrals to the service providers will be from the relevant local Community Corrections office.


CSNSW will have the bed/space dedicated for higher risk offenders who require the is type of support provided by individual organisations e.g: organisations may have an Alcohol and other Drugs focus; women only; other.
