The Chaplaincy Coordinator oversees the multi-faith Chaplaincy service, as it contributes to the well-being, rehabilitation and reintegration of offenders. The Coordinator works to ensure the delivery of pastoral care and spiritual services to CSNSW staff, inmates and to the families of inmates through chaplains nominated and employed by their Religious Member Organisations or Nominated Agencies.
The Chaplaincy Coordinator reports professionally to the Executive of the Civil Chaplaincies Advisory Committee and administratively to the Assistant Commissioner Offender Management and Programs, Corrective Services NSW.
