This workshop is designed to increase a general understanding and awareness of mental health disorders, including symptoms and associated behaviour. Helpful interactions and strategies to support those experiencing mental illness will also be explored.
The workshop is highly interactive with group discussions and presentations, videos and practical exercises.
Learners will gain the most from this training if they are open and committed to making a genuine difference to the psychological health of others.
