Resilience – A Mental Toughness Program

Course overview

This program provides learners with the framework to not only effectively deal with adversities but to thrive in a constantly changing environment as well as everyday life situations.  It is a highly interactive workshop on applying the concepts from Science-Based Positive Psychology Tools that build Resilience and Mental Toughness.

Entry requirements

Open to all operational staff.

Delivery mode

This program will require completion of the following;

  • Prerequisite pre-reading and the VIA Survey of Character Strengths which is a simple online self-assessment that will be utilised in the workshop 
  • Face to face / Virtual attendance (1 day)

  • 4 December 2024 (Virtual-MS Teams)
