OIMS for OS&P Record Provision of Support Services

Course overview

The OIMS for Offender Services & Programs (OS&P) – Record Provision of Support Services course has been designed to meet the needs of OS&P staff within CSNSW to record service provision for the Compendium of Support Services.

Course outcomes

At the conclusion of this program learners will be able to identify the components of the Offender Programs and Evaluation Measures screen and the list of values related to the Compendium of Support Services, record service provision for the Compendium of Support Services Run & maintain the Waiting Lists of fresh referrals for Support Services, record Crisis Intervention assistance and record attendance at Nexus and record any subsequent service provision.

Entry requirements

Open to Offender Services & Programs staff providing Support Services.

Delivery mode

This workshop will require completion of the following;

  • Face to face / Virtual attendance (1 day)
