Transfers and Cancellations must conform to the BFCSA Enrolment and Admissions Policy & Procedure to avert an internal charge to your department.

Students are expected to behave in a professional manner whilst attending BFCSA and in accordance with the published Participants Rights and Responsibilities. Disciplinary action is at the discretion of the Director, CSNSW Academy and Operational Training.
Participants who are not satisfied with the outcomes of their assessment process can appeal the decision in accordance with the published Complaints and Appeals Policy & Procedure (PDF, 369.6 KB)
Training available to participants from outside the CSNSW attracts a charge and details are available through the Customer Service Officer.
