This workshop is designed to enhance learner awareness of the unique needs of female offenders. It aims to strengthen capabilities in effectively engaging with and supporting this population.
The workshop has been developed through interagency consultation and review of national and international research.
Learners will;
Open to all Corrective Services NSW staff who interact with female offenders as part of their role.
This workshop will require completion of the following:
