Private transport

If you're travelling via private transport, please note that visitor parking is limited. Allow plenty of additional time to find parking.

Visitor information

Booking your first visit

To make a booking, you will need:

1. Visitor identification Number (VIN)
2. to be registered for the JUST Connect on-line booking system.

If this is your first time visiting an inmate, email Parklea_Visits@correctiveservices.nsw.gov.au for a VIN application form.

To register for JUST Connect use the online JUST Connect Application form.

Booking for family and friend visits

Bookings for visits are required and can be made through Just Connect.

Bookings must be made the day before a visit.

Visit times

Before travelling to the centre for an in-person visit, please call to confirm your visit and visiting time.

New COVID-safety measures apply to in-person visits, ensure you know the rules to avoid missing out.

In-person visit times

In-person visits take place 7 days per week.

• 7:45 am to 9:15 am
• 12:00 pm to 1:15 pm

Legal visits

The centre has 17 audio-visual link (AVL) suites that legal practitioners may book at any time via JustConnect. To book an AVL suite, please email Parklea_Legal.Visits@correctiveservices.nsw.gov.au by 3:00 pm the day before your visit.
