The provisions of the Privacy and Personal Information Act 1998 and the Crimes (Administration of Sentences) Act 1999 restrict what information can be disclosed. In limited circumstances personal information about an inmate, such as location, may be disclosed.
If you want the location of an inmate, Inmate Locations can be contacted from 8.30am to 4.30pm - Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) on (02) 8346 1000. You must confirm your identity and provide the name and date of birth or name and Master Index Number (MIN) of the inmate. You can also email Inmate Locations CScorporatesupport@dcj.nsw.gov.au
